Requirements
- Extensive experience in modern front-end development using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong knowledge of web analytics and tracking solutions, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and conversion APIs.
- Experience optimizing web performance, including Core Web Vitals, caching strategies, lazy loading, and code splitting.
- Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
- Practical knowledge of infrastructure concepts including Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, and integration environments.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and RESTful APIs.
- Ability to define coding standards, perform code reviews, and mentor developers.
- Intermediate English proficiency and advanced Portuguese communication skills.
- Higher education, technical degree, postgraduate degree, MBA, master’s, or equivalent technical experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical reference for front-end development, defining architectures, technology stacks, coding standards, and best practices.
- Lead complex front-end, performance, and tracking projects from initial analysis through implementation, validation, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, accessibility, and maintainability.
- Guide developers through technical decisions, mentoring team members and promoting engineering maturity.
- Collaborate with application developers, paid media teams, infrastructure professionals, and external suppliers.
- Improve web performance through initiatives involving Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, code splitting, and caching strategies.
- Diagnose and improve tracking ecosystems, including GTM Server-side, Data Layer, and conversion APIs.
- Use AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, refactoring, and technical workflows.
