Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume, phone-based environment.
  • Process prescription information with speed and accuracy.
  • Perform claim adjudication, billing, and prior authorization tasks.
  • Solve patient care issues by working through active case queues.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals.
  • Collaborate with teams to successfully onboard new patients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Conduct outbound calls to patients to establish medication profiles and welcome contacts.
