Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Pharmacy technician or related certification (preferred).
- Experience in a customer service-related field.
- 6-12 months experience as a pharmacy technician (preferred).
- Must be available and on-time for scheduled work shifts.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends as required.
- Must be registered with the State of Mississippi as a Pharmacy Technician (for Mississippi employees).
Responsibilities
- Enter incoming prescriptions accurately.
- Select appropriate billing and shipping methods for patient orders.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate staff.
- Document patient information into TherigySTM.
- Resolve customer service issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Address payment-related issues on member accounts.
- Maintain required production levels.
- Assist in orienting and training new employees.
