Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in organizational design, change management, workforce planning, or related HR consulting.
- Strong focus on technology-driven transformations.
- Demonstrated understanding of AI technologies and their practical application in business contexts.
- Experience with AI implementation projects.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective job redesign and organizational restructuring initiatives.
- Experience developing and executing workforce reskilling and development programs.
- Experience enabling and consulting with HR Business Partners on organizational design and transformation.
- Experience leading or operationalizing skills-based workforce initiatives or labor-market intelligence.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for modeling complex organizational changes.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with functional leaders to analyze workflows, redesign job roles, and integrate AI tools for effective automation and augmentation.
- Design and recommend organizational models that support strategic goals, efficiency, and M&A activity.
- Develop and implement workforce reskilling and upskilling strategies to support growth and evolving skill needs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and forecasting of organizational workforce changes resulting from AI and automation.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and measure the success of organizational changes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, HR, and technology teams on AI impact and organizational design.
- Utilize skills and labor-market intelligence (e.g., Lightcast) to inform job redesign and workforce planning.
