Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in a Lead or Senior position.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling AWS infrastructure in high-traffic production environments.
- Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Terragrunt.
- Deep experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for reliable, fast deployments.
- Hands-on experience with data architecture and ETL pipelines at scale.
- Advanced scripting skills in Python, Bash, or equivalent languages.
- Solid experience managing Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and reliability engineering principles.
- Experience leading architectural decisions and managing complex incident responses.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and raise technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect and scale AWS infrastructure using S3, Redshift, Glue, EMR, Lambda, and ECS.
- Lead Infrastructure as Code initiatives using Terraform and Terragrunt.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support high-velocity deployments.
- Design and evolve scalable data platform architecture and ETL pipelines.
- Drive containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Establish robust observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and cost-efficient cloud operations.
- Lead incident management and system reliability improvements.
- Define and implement DevOps and DataOps standards across engineering teams.
- Mentor engineers to elevate technical excellence and team practices.
