Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Advanced experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code, including state management and drift detection.
- Production experience managing Kubernetes environments (GKE preferred).
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud networking, IAM, security, and infrastructure automation.
- Experience supporting hybrid environments combining modern cloud infrastructure with legacy Windows and database platforms.
- Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, or BigQuery.
- Scripting experience with Python or Bash.
- Advanced English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code best practices.
- Manage Kubernetes (GKE) environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficient resource utilization.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins to enable reliable software delivery.
- Monitor infrastructure health through observability, logging, alerting, and incident response improvements.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to support analytics platforms and data pipelines built on Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, and BigQuery.
- Maintain and modernize hybrid infrastructure, including Windows Server, Oracle, SQL Server, and legacy AWS environments.
- Improve identity and access management by implementing modern authentication solutions such as Workload Identity and OIDC.
- Detect and resolve infrastructure drift while ensuring environments remain secure, reproducible, and cost-efficient.
- Partner with internal engineering teams and external infrastructure providers to continuously improve platform reliability and cloud standards.
- Mentor engineers and promote DevOps best practices, automation, and operational excellence across the organization.
