Requirements
- Proven project or program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives to on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Track record of acting as a trusted partner across functions to identify and surface problems early.
- Ability to navigate disagreement, facilitate decisions, and communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders.
- Strong operational and process orientation with the ability to build clear, repeatable workflows.
- Track record of improving operations, finding efficiencies, and scaling processes during growth.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to increase delivery speed and efficiency.
- Deep understanding of, or the ability to quickly ramp on, the ESA, public-funding, and homeschooling landscape.
- Experience with ESAs, homeschooling, or education-choice programs (desired).
- Previous EdTech or online-marketplace experience (desired).
- Experience in startups, particularly during hypergrowth phases (desired).
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional execution of public-funding and ESA initiatives across CX, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product.
- Build trusted working relationships with functional owners to understand constraints and broker tradeoffs.
- Act as the internal ESA-family expert, integrating the lived persona into product and go-to-market decisions.
- Own project-management systems, including roadmaps, dependency tracking, and operating cadence.
- Drive and coordinate AI-enabled efficiency to automate manual workflows like order-fulfillment and invoicing.
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks to scale processes as volume grows.
- Ensure alignment across a distributed operating model and resolve cross-functional risks.
- Partner with the Partnerships Lead to coordinate the internal execution of partner-driven launches.
