Requirements
- Proven project or program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives to on-time delivery.
- Track record of acting as a trusted partner across functions to build credibility and surface problems early.
- Ability to facilitate decisions and communicate tradeoffs and risks even without formal authority.
- Strong operational and process orientation to turn ambiguous requirements into clear, repeatable workflows.
- Track record of improving operations, finding efficiencies, and building processes that scale.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to speed up delivery and improve efficiency.
- Deep understanding of (or ability to quickly ramp on) the ESA, public-funding, and homeschooling landscape.
- Lived experience with ESAs, homeschooling, or education-choice programs (highly desired).
- Previous EdTech or online-marketplace experience (highly desired).
- Previous experience in startups, especially in the hypergrowth phase (highly desired).
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional execution of public-funding and ESA initiatives across CX, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product.
- Build trusted working relationships with departmental owners to understand constraints and broker tradeoffs.
- Act as internal ESA-family expert, ensuring product and GTM decisions reflect how families navigate funding.
- Own project-management systems and operating cadence, including roadmaps, dependencies, and status tracking.
- Drive and coordinate AI-enabled efficiency, building automations for order-fulfillment and invoicing workflows.
- Continuously improve and scale ESA operations by identifying bottlenecks and streamlining workflows.
- Keep distributed teams aligned on the public-funding program and resolve project risks.
- Partner with the Partnerships Lead to coordinate internal execution of partner-driven launches.
