Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-facing role.
- Fluency in Mandarin.
- Strong communication skills.
- Purpose-driven mindset with a focus on helping others.
- Ability to work both EST and PST hours.
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls, emails, and live chats.
- Transfer calls or take messages as necessary.
- Register new patients in electronic medical records.
- Schedule new patient consultations and ensure questionnaires are completed.
- Email new patient welcome packets after successful registration.
- Provide accurate information to address patient questions and concerns.
- Maintain patient records and protect patient confidentiality.
