Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Architecture, or a related field; or 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise data architecture, data modeling, data integration, and governance frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced data modeling techniques.
- Hands-on experience designing and governing Snowflake data warehouse architecture.
- Proficiency with AWS or Azure cloud services.
- Experience designing data systems for business intelligence platforms, specifically Tableau.
- Experience working in healthcare or other regulated data environments, with knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy.
- Experience designing data architecture to support AI/ML applications, including feature stores and ML pipelines.
- Ability to communicate complex architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Commitment to managing a remote schedule that aligns with PST business hours.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the enterprise data architecture vision, blueprint, and roadmap.
- Design scalable, secure, and performant data models, data flows, and integration patterns.
- Establish architectural standards and frameworks across AWS and Azure cloud environments.
- Own the design and evolution of the Snowflake data warehouse architecture.
- Partner with the Data Governance Manager to enforce enterprise data governance policies, including HIPAA compliance.
- Design and govern data architecture to support AI/ML application development and model deployment pipelines.
- Serve as the primary architectural liaison between the Data & Analytics team and enterprise technology stakeholders.
