Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8 years of progressive IT experience in architecture, engineering, or information security.
- 5+ years of solution architecture experience within healthcare delivery or payer/provider ecosystems.
- Proven delivery experience in regulated environments involving HIPAA/PHI.
- Hands-on expertise with Azure services, Snowflake, and Databricks.
- Demonstrated leadership in producing reference architectures and governing solution designs.
- Strong competency in API/event-driven integration, security models, and non-functional requirements.
- Experience implementing production-grade Generative and Agentic AI on Google Cloud, Azure, and AWS.
- Proficiency with AI services including Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, and Amazon Bedrock.
- Ability to provide high-speed wired DSL or cable internet for a dedicated home office.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for Home Health initiatives, translating business outcomes into composable designs.
- Author and maintain reference architectures for data platforms, NLP, and automation patterns.
- Lead architecture checkpoints, risk reviews, and governance forums to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to convert conceptual designs into executable architectural runways.
- Define integration strategies and domain boundaries for provider data, EMR, and cloud data platforms.
- Communicate architectural decisions and strategies to executives, delivery teams, and stakeholders.
