Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare strategy, operations, transformation, consulting, or provider services.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide operating model design and organizational transformation.
- Deep understanding of value-based care, population health, clinical quality, and integrated delivery models.
- Proven success influencing executive leaders and driving change within large, matrixed, Fortune 150-scale organizations.
- Exceptional executive presence, strategic thinking, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proven track record of running strategy planning processes on an enterprise scale.
- Strong background in top-tier strategy consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree (Masters) preferred.
- Ability to work from a dedicated home space without interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information.
- Reliable high-speed internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term strategic vision and growth agenda for CenterWell.
- Oversee the annual strategic planning process and translate enterprise priorities into actionable outcomes.
- Lead operating model design and optimization to ensure governance, scalability, and organizational accountability.
- Drive enterprise-wide integration initiatives to simplify operations and unlock synergies across business lines.
- Manage the execution management system to monitor progress against strategic objectives and remove barriers.
- Lead the clinical quality team to align performance metrics and improve patient outcomes.
- Prepare strategic communications, board materials, and executive presentations for senior leadership.
