Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in mortgage/loan servicing.
- 2+ years of experience with quality data analysis, testing, and reporting.
- Knowledge of mortgage industry terminology and default timelines.
- Knowledge of Loan Servicing technology for research and validation.
- Proficient in MS Office, with basic skills in Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to organize thoughts into understandable terminology.
Responsibilities
- Complete thorough assessment of document provisioning and remediation plans to ensure compliance.
- Evaluate process remediations from servicing business units to determine sufficiency.
- Create and maintain documentation of processes, reports, and procedures.
- Conduct testing for internal and external low/medium risk findings.
- Identify exceptions based on testing and notify department management of observations.
- Perform loan data analysis to validate and communicate test results.
- Research findings and propose initial responses to business units.
- Utilize SharePoint to track assignments and update statuses.
- Escalate risk concerns to management while maintaining data integrity.
