Job Details

7+ years of professional software engineering experience across the full stack.
Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Working proficiency in Python.
Experience building customer-facing products (not just internal tooling).
Comfortable navigating across different layers of the technical stack.
Experience in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.
Strong instincts for production-ready code in a compliance-critical, enterprise healthcare context.
Ability to communicate clearly with product, design, and non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness to learn Python if primary experience is in other languages.
Bonus: Experience with Java or Ruby.
Bonus: Experience in healthcare or pharmacy domains.
Bonus: Track record at startups that scaled from 0 to 1 and beyond.

Build and ship full-stack features end to end, from the database to the UI, for workflows like 340B compliance, intake, rebate management, and claims reconciliation.
Partner directly with product managers and pharmacy operations experts to understand user requirements.
Own what you ship: design it, build it, test it, deploy it, and support it in production.
Make sound tradeoffs between speed and durability as the platform scales.
Contribute to the technical foundation of the platform, including embedding AI into product workflows.
Use AI tools deliberately in development and product workflows.
Review code, contribute to design documentation, and mentor team members to raise the technical bar.
