Requirements

  • Solid understanding of retail supply chain operations, inventory management, store logistics, and operational planning.
  • Experience partnering with IT and business teams to support retail technology initiatives and operational system improvements.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating outstanding in-store experiences and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of facilities maintenance programs across the retail network, ensuring stores remain safe, compliant, cost-efficient, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Oversee operational planning and execution for new store openings, remodels, relocations, closures, and other retail initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams throughout each project lifecycle.
  • Manage retail supply procurement, forecasting, inventory management, vendor relationships, and distribution processes to ensure efficient store support while optimizing operational expenses.
  • Drive operational excellence by developing and enhancing standard operating procedures (SOPs), improving workflows, simplifying processes, and promoting consistent execution across all store locations.
  • Collaborate with field leadership to identify operational challenges, implement practical solutions, and improve overall store productivity and customer experience.
  • Partner with distribution, merchandising, planning, allocation, and transportation teams to optimize inventory flow, improve supply chain efficiency, and oversee physical inventory programs.
  • Lead the operational roadmap for in-store technology, working closely with IT to prioritize system enhancements, support technology rollouts, and evaluate innovative solutions that improve store performance.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors while managing multiple cross-functional projects that support the continued growth and success of the retail business.
