Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
  • Academic background including coursework in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.
  • 10+ years of experience in a technical field such as engineering, construction, or project planning.
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering or technical teams.
  • 5+ years of experience serving as a client liaison or technical lead.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, resource coordination, and budget management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative approach to working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate project teams consisting of engineers, designers, controls specialists, and scheduling professionals.
  • Manage all aspects of project execution, including safety, schedule, budget, reporting, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Direct project resources, establish accountability, and provide mentorship to team members.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, task engineers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators related to project progress, costs, and schedules.
  • Identify, assess, and manage construction and execution risks.
  • Track project changes, evaluate impacts, and implement appropriate controls.
  • Prepare technical reports and studies meeting client standards.
