Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Academic background including coursework in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.
- 10+ years of experience in a technical field such as engineering, construction, or project planning.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering or technical teams.
- 5+ years of experience serving as a client liaison or technical lead.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, resource coordination, and budget management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative approach to working in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate project teams consisting of engineers, designers, controls specialists, and scheduling professionals.
- Manage all aspects of project execution, including safety, schedule, budget, reporting, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Direct project resources, establish accountability, and provide mentorship to team members.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, task engineers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators related to project progress, costs, and schedules.
- Identify, assess, and manage construction and execution risks.
- Track project changes, evaluate impacts, and implement appropriate controls.
- Prepare technical reports and studies meeting client standards.
