Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical program management, or workforce management.
- Proven experience developing workforce plans and capacity models in multi-site or multi-state healthcare environments.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in reporting, data interpretation, and insight communication.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy to implementation.
- Deep understanding of healthcare compliance, provider credentialing, state licensure, and billing workflows.
- Ability to identify root causes of operational challenges and create scalable solutions in ambiguous environments.
- Proficiency with BI and data visualization platforms (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Looker).
- Familiarity with healthcare technology platforms, behavioral health operations, or payer integrations is a plus.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment is preferred.
- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain workforce capacity models across therapy, psychiatry, coaching, and care coordination roles.
- Forecast staffing needs based on enrollment projections and service expansion plans.
- Optimize scheduling operations, provider availability, and waitlist management.
- Monitor operational KPIs, including provider productivity, patient access, and time to care.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Collaborate with clinical, product, and growth teams to improve patient journeys and care continuity.
- Lead technology implementations, including automation initiatives and system enhancements.
- Create and maintain operational playbooks and standardized processes.
