Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in consulting sales, delivery leadership, and strategy development.
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex transformation or strategy programs.
- Track record of building executive-level client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
- Demonstrated success in pipeline generation, sales execution, and account growth.
- Deep understanding of business process services, IT services, cloud solutions, or digital transformation.
- Experience managing large-scale consulting engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, or related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for executive reporting and presentations.
- Willingness to travel 10–20% for client engagements and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for consumer and enterprise industries.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive-level clients as a strategic advisor.
- Identify, qualify, and advance new business opportunities through pipeline development and sales leadership.
- Lead consulting engagements including assessments, strategy development, and implementation planning.
- Provide market insights and thought leadership to support business growth.
- Collaborate with internal service teams to create integrated solutions.
- Manage complex client programs to ensure successful delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Support sales initiatives through executive presentations and proposal development.
