Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- 4+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, customer success, community operations, learning and development, or talent operations.
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting operational data and identifying trends.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and dashboards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fully remote environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to support talent while applying policy consistency.
Responsibilities
- Support talent through their journey by providing guidance and ensuring consistent policy application.
- Execute and improve workflows for talent programs, certifications, referrals, and learning initiatives.
- Coordinate the planning, execution, communication, tracking, and reporting of strategic initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder coordination, participant communications, and documentation for program launches.
- Facilitate community engagement campaigns and projects focused on talent success.
- Support pilot programs by defining processes, collecting feedback, and monitoring outcomes.
- Optimize workflows and automate tasks to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain internal knowledge bases, process guides, and operational dashboards.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights for program improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and process alignment.
