Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience reviewing insurance audits or a combination of premium auditing and audit review experience.
- Knowledge of premium audit processes, classifications, and quality standards.
- Experience using audit management platforms such as Nexus or similar systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and evaluate data.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with workers’ compensation and general liability insurance audits (preferred).
- WCIRB CompEssentials certification or comparable industry credentials (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive reviews across various premium audit types, prioritizing complex and aging audits.
- Conduct secondary and advanced-level reviews requiring strong quality assurance expertise.
- Monitor audit workflows to identify bottlenecks and support efficiency initiatives.
- Review self-service audits for eligibility, accuracy, and compliance.
- Analyze audit reports and performance trends to recommend process improvements.
- Support quality monitoring strategies through data analysis and reporting.
- Review audit files to identify strengths and opportunities for auditor improvement.
- Communicate review findings and recommendations to leadership and audit teams.
- Conduct test audit reviews for insurance partners.
- Mentor new reviewers through onboarding support and knowledge sharing.
