Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar analytical finance role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and quantitative analysis.
- Experience working with NetSuite or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
- Comfortable identifying process improvements and leveraging technology to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Analyze retail sales performance across multiple sales channels and distribution partners while collaborating with commercial and supply chain teams to support inventory planning and demand forecasting.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance demand planning models that project inventory needs, sales trends, product mix, and gross margin performance.
- Monitor product input costs and analyze profitability trends, providing insights into gross margin fluctuations across the product portfolio.
- Partner with finance and business stakeholders to evaluate operational performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable financial insights.
- Build financial models to assess new business opportunities, support revenue planning, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Assist in developing long-term financial plans, forecasting processes, and continuous improvements to planning tools and reporting methodologies.
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes through technology, automation, and analytical best practices.
