Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a financial analyst role.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (data tables, pivot tables, complex functions).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for executive briefings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience developing financial dashboards in Excel (desired).
- Experience with acquisitions and IGCE development (desired).
- Professional certification (CPA, CFA, CFE, CIA, CMA, CGMA, or EA) (desired).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year program and project budgets for personnel and non-personnel resources.
- Coordinate with PEO Chief, Program and Project teams, and IT Operations to manage PEO budget activities.
- Oversee four major IT modernization programs managed by the MILDEPs and DFAS.
- Develop key metrics for budget planning and execution to provide analytical insights.
- Utilize intermediate to advanced Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial deep dives for budget oversight.
- Lead financial meetings and manage procurement requests.
- Assist with Power BI interface design for data visualization.
- Develop financial status reports and briefings in MS-PowerPoint.
