Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or a related technical role.
- 1–2+ years of experience as a technical lead, team lead, engineering manager, or mentor.
- Experience building or implementing AI-powered workflows, automation systems, or LLM integrations.
- Native or fluent Portuguese communication skills.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and HTTP protocols.
- Experience debugging web applications using Chrome DevTools.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience working in startup or fast-growing environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of solutions engineers.
- Establish team processes, technical standards, and best practices.
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows and automation systems.
- Monitor partner technical health and service commitments.
- Act as the primary technical partner for strategic clients in Brazil.
- Build custom technical solutions involving JavaScript, APIs, and network requests.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive platform improvements.
