Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Landscape Architect.
- 8+ years of experience in site design and development.
- Experience managing project scope, schedule, and budget control.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to contribute and work effectively on a team.
- Ability to travel to Nebraska office locations for in-office activities, client, and site visits.
Responsibilities
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress to ensure financial success.
- Manage complex contract negotiations.
- Lead project plans by assembling teams, coordinating resources, and assigning responsibilities.
- Monitor project performance to ensure deliverables align with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage change requests and execute risk management strategies.
- Coordinate detailed reviews of technical work to ensure quality and contract compliance.
- Maintain positive client relationships to secure future work.
- Document deliverables and maintain project records including plans and correspondence.
- Mentor staff on project management best practices.
