Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a relevant field.
- 3+ years of programming experience, with specific expertise in JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals (prototype inheritance, composition, CommonJS/AMD).
- Proficiency in SQL query language, database architecture, and command-line syntax.
- Extensive experience with HTML/CSS coding and CSS compilers.
- Understanding of ITIL best practices.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and follow SDLC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability and desire to learn new technologies and capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support ServiceNow platform operations, including ongoing enhancements and new capability implementations.
- Follow SDLC processes using Agile methodology for design, analysis, testing, and coding.
- Design and implement reusable components and features using quality code.
- Consult with project teams and end users to identify and translate business requirements.
- Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of software packages, integration tools, and testing tools.
- Participate in design and project planning, including triage and remediation with external partners.
- Train and mentor peers and assist with technical support escalations.
- Ensure technical architecture aligns with functional and non-functional requirements.
