Requirements
- Medium to extensive professional experience developing applications and solutions using Python.
- Strong understanding of software development practices, automated testing methodologies, and quality-focused engineering processes.
- Experience working with AWS cloud services such as Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, Events, Step Functions, or similar technologies.
- Experience working effectively with remote and distributed engineering teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative software development environments.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and communicate solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with PHP and Drupal is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and willingness to continuously learn new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners, technical leads, developers, and quality assurance teams to design, develop, and deliver new product features and functionality.
- Build and maintain Python-based applications and services while following clean coding practices, scalability principles, and software development best practices.
- Develop and improve automated testing processes to ensure software reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Contribute to continuous delivery initiatives by supporting secure, efficient, and sustainable deployment workflows.
- Work with cloud-based technologies, including AWS services, to develop and optimize scalable application components.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, improve existing functionality, and contribute to ongoing platform enhancements.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including planning, collaboration, reviews, and iterative delivery cycles.
- Communicate effectively with distributed teams to explain technical concepts, share recommendations, and align on solutions.
- Contribute ideas and improvements that enhance engineering processes, product quality, and overall team effectiveness.
