Requirements
- 15+ years in software development, including roles as a technical lead for Java application delivery and integration.
- Expertise in Java, J2EE, and Objected Oriented Programming Concepts and Patterns.
- Proficiency with XML, REST, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Experience with workflow architecture and container-based technologies (e.g., OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with Pega workflows, Salesforce, and MuleSoft.
- Deep knowledge of application development frameworks as required by the government.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership ability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, coding testing, and deployment of enterprise level applications.
- Develop APIs, integrations, and front/backend services for robust software solutions.
- Provide guidance on best practices, coding standards, and development framework.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Act as the go-to-expert for application performance optimization.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to understand business needs and technical requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth.
- Stay updates on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
