Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare Compliance.
- 5-10 years of project management experience desired, preferably in healthcare.
- Demonstrated experience working with multiple, diverse stakeholders in a complex project environment.
- Experience managing projects within an established standard project lifecycle framework.
- Strong analytical, computer, communication, and customer service skills.
- High level of professionalism and critical thinking ability.
- Lean Sigma, PMP, or CAMP certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end on revenue cycle, financial, and grant-related compliance topics.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans, manage project budgets, and track milestones and deliverables.
- Identify and manage project dependencies, critical paths, and potential crises through contingency planning.
- Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members and contractors to ensure project success.
- Design and implement annual Fraud, Waste, and Abuse training and monitoring programs.
- Develop corrective action plans with management and perform follow-up audits to ensure effectiveness.
