- Ability to lead integrated communications projects and campaigns
- Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Ability to guide cross-functional teams across strategy, content, and research
- Proven experience building relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Experience supporting federal government clients (highly valued)
- Experience with U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, integrated communications projects and campaigns
- Develop strategic communications plans
- Conduct audience research and message development
- Oversee content, creative, digital, and outreach initiatives
- Manage client and stakeholder engagement
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and deliverable tracking
- Coordinate activities across internal teams, partners, and subcontractors
