Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance driven creative and CRO
- 1 year experience with motion graphics
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign
- Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge and execution of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, and Heatmapping
- Experience designing for performance-driven campaigns
- Driven to stay ahead of industry trends and learn how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations
Responsibilities
- Craft compelling design assets such as ad sets and landing pages, that are backed by data to drive improvement of digital marketing KPIs.
- Produce motion graphics and basic short-form video cutdowns optimized for social media advertising.
- Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units tailored to platform specifications.
- Collaborate with media and content teams to align motion creative with audience insights and campaign goals.
- Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and/or Crazyegg.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while communicating with project management and internal stakeholders.
