Requirements

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Knowledge and execution of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing and CRO analytics.
- Experience designing for performance-driven campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Interest in staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies like AI and automation.
- Reliable internet access and a professional home office background.
Responsibilities
- Craft compelling design assets such as ad sets and landing pages backed by data to improve digital marketing KPIs.
- Produce motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns optimized for social media advertising.
- Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units tailored to platform specifications and aspect ratios.
- Collaborate with media and content teams to align motion creative with audience insights and campaign goals.
- Design and implement A/B tests and experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, or Crazyegg.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to validate design decisions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders.
