Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
Knowledge and execution of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing and CRO analytics.
Experience designing for performance-driven campaigns.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
Interest in staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies like AI and automation.
Reliable internet access and a professional home office background.

Craft compelling design assets such as ad sets and landing pages backed by data to improve digital marketing KPIs.
Produce motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns optimized for social media advertising.
Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units tailored to platform specifications and aspect ratios.
Collaborate with media and content teams to align motion creative with audience insights and campaign goals.
Design and implement A/B tests and experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, or Crazyegg.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to validate design decisions.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders.
