Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field or equivalent work experience.
- 6–8+ years of experience in program or project management leading cross-functional programs end to end.
- Proven experience in client-facing delivery within a professional services or consulting environment.
- Ability to carry a utilization or billable target.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management experience across technical and non-technical audiences up to the executive level.
- Fluency in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional (Waterfall/Hybrid) delivery models.
- Proficiency with PM tooling such as MS Project, Wrike, ClickUp, Monday, or Smartsheet.
- Strong discipline in defining, measuring, and reporting program KPI/ROI.
- Practical understanding of AI/GenAI including LLMs, AI agents, and AI governance.
- Ability to use structured prompt engineering for documentation and decision materials.
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.
- Approximately 20% travel required.
Responsibilities
- Own the AI-enabled PMO program end to end from use-case intake through rollout and adoption.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases across Professional Services workflows and build the business ROI case.
- Deliver billable client engagements by applying AI-enabled PMO capabilities.
- Lead AI enablement and training for Professional Services, PMO, and Operations teams.
- Govern AI outputs, standards, evaluation, and reconciliation before rollout.
- Manage program cadence including backlog, stakeholder alignment, status updates, and reporting.
