Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Progressive leadership experience in a regulated industry.
- Experience in payments and/or life sciences strongly preferred.
- Track record of leading a delivery organization of 75+ people.
- Direct accountability for quality and on-time performance metrics.
- Direct P&L or cost-center ownership.
- Experience unifying or integrating a fragmented or post-acquisition delivery organization.
- Demonstrated ability to translate delivery quality into commercial outcomes.
- Executive-level communication and client-management experience.
- Comfort consuming AI-generated intelligence and using it for operational decisions.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, PE-backed, growth-oriented environment.
- Ability to travel approximately 10–25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery quality and the client relationship for all financial services globally.
- Lead a unified delivery organization across implementation, verification, and project management.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for enterprise clients.
- Report on key delivery metrics including cycle time, turnaround, customer satisfaction, and cost per study.
- Own P&L performance, cost of goods sold (COGS), and workforce allocation.
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered and agentic delivery tools.
- Develop and maintain training, certification, and process standards.
