Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in technical program or project management.
- Strong proficiency in building and maintaining integrated project plans and roadmaps.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for work tracking and delivery visibility.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Project for schedule and dependency tracking.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for portfolio management and data reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills for creating executive-ready presentations.
- Experience maintaining risk, issue, dependency, and decision (RAID) logs.
- Ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; no degree necessary.
Responsibilities
- Manage the PXM portfolio tracker, integrated roadmaps, and milestone schedules.
- Identify and track risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions (RAID) across workstreams.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings to gather project steps and align priorities.
- Prepare executive-level status reports and portfolio summaries for leadership.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to drive IT development.
- Define and improve portfolio management processes and governance models.
- Maintain project artifacts in Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, and Power BI.
