Requirements
- Several years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Expertise in SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Redis, and Elasticsearch.
- Extensive experience with Git, GitHub, and GitLab.
- Demonstrated ability to write automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Ability to work effectively and independently within a self-directed team.
- Excellent time-management and proactive communication skills.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
- Prior remote work experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Write maintainable Node.js code incorporating industry best practices and design patterns.
- Implement automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Create and review pull requests while mentoring junior team members.
- Participate in design sessions to develop performant and scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate within small, self-directed, cross-functional teams.
- Proactively improve processes, tools, and technology choices.
