Requirements
- 10 or more years of combined consulting and clinical research operations experience.
- Proven track record of building solutions delivery teams and service offerings in a clinical research FSP model.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong executive presence and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to serve as the single accountable leader for complex performance improvement engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain an extensive professional network.
- Strong general management/P&L experience.
- Broad-based change management expertise.
- Experience in team design, role definition, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Build out and lead the Clinical Research Consulting team.
- Lead sales pursuits as a SME, including delivering presentations, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Serve as a hands-on engagement leader for complex performance improvement projects.
- Meet and exceed revenue and profit targets by establishing the firm as a trusted delivery partner.
- Collaborate with executive management, business development, and marketing to create innovative service offerings.
- Represent the firm at industry and networking events.
- Leverage industry contacts to expedite firm growth.
