Job Details

3+ years of professional experience as a business or data analyst.
Demonstrated success with data manipulation and visualization tools including Tableau and Microsoft Power Platform.
Ability to create, interpret, and maintain complex SQL queries in Redshift or Tableau.
Proven grasp of database and analysis tools such as PostgreSQL and Excel.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, LookUps, Index/Match, Charts/Graphs, PowerQuery, and VBA.
Ability to manage projects, influence stakeholders, and work closely to determine effective solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, or computer programming preferred.
1+ year experience with call center technologies (IVR, call routing, call tracking, WFO) and database technologies preferred.
Experience with programming languages such as Python or NodeJS preferred.
Tableau certification preferred.

Own and lead improvements for data and automation for Tableau, Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, and other initiatives.
Create and maintain Tableau and Power BI dashboards, recurring and ad hoc reports, and reporting tools.
Incorporate automation and efficiency into reporting solutions to guarantee accurate results.
Work directly with Software/IT teams, clients, and vendors to translate complex concepts and integrate data solutions.
Support technical elevation of Client Services reporting solutions by expanding data warehouse and API connected solutions.
Analyze business trends and identify improvement initiatives for reporting and automation.
Design governance standards for quality checks, version control, and documentation.
Manage the QC process across the reporting team to ensure consistent evaluation of reports, invoices, and reconciliations.
