Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Workday Reporting.
- Advanced skills in Workday Report Writer and Dashboards.
- Advanced skills in Power BI and Office 365.
- Experience in data warehouse initiatives and HCM data within semantic models.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain reporting solutions using SharePoint.
- Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into data solutions.
- Workday Report Writer certification (preferred).
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-impact Workday dashboards, complex reports, and alerts across HCM modules.
- Translate complex business needs into intuitive, actionable reporting solutions.
- Maintain and optimize custom reports to enhance reporting capabilities and user experience.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and adherence to governance and data protection standards.
- Partner with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize reporting requirements.
- Build dynamic Power BI dashboards to elevate data visualization.
- Contribute to enterprise data initiatives including data warehouse and semantic model development.
- Manage the reporting ecosystem, including maintenance of report catalogs and clear documentation.
