Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Workday Reporting.
  • Advanced skills in Workday Report Writer and Dashboards.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI and Office 365.
  • Experience in data warehouse initiatives and HCM data within semantic models.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain reporting solutions using SharePoint.
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into data solutions.
  • Workday Report Writer certification (preferred).
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-impact Workday dashboards, complex reports, and alerts across HCM modules.
  • Translate complex business needs into intuitive, actionable reporting solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize custom reports to enhance reporting capabilities and user experience.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and adherence to governance and data protection standards.
  • Partner with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize reporting requirements.
  • Build dynamic Power BI dashboards to elevate data visualization.
  • Contribute to enterprise data initiatives including data warehouse and semantic model development.
  • Manage the reporting ecosystem, including maintenance of report catalogs and clear documentation.
