Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related quantitative field.
- 4+ years of progressive, project management experience in population health, healthcare analytics, or performance improvement.
- Technical proficiency in designing, maintaining, and deploying high-impact data visualizations.
- Strong understanding of relational database architecture.
- Wireframing expertise combined with strong design aesthetic.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to define KPIs and monitor/evaluate quality metrics and dashboards.
- Experience leading programs or projects, including setting direction and managing risk.
- Strong analytical skills to identify organizational needs and create technical roadmaps.
- Preferred: Experience strengthening data governance in complex organizations.
Responsibilities
- Execute the Quality Performance Improvement strategy by building, maintaining, and documenting complex, scalable datasets.
- Project manage initiatives to strengthen data governance and the data ecosystem.
- Serve as the first point of contact for end-users to troubleshoot digital friction and document pain points.
- Design and maintain systems to monitor interventions associated with improved quality of care.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build relationships and ensure alignment on project priorities and timelines.
- Facilitate working sessions and present data narratives to executive and field teams.
