Requirements
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
- 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience using Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Strong proficiency with test automation frameworks, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proven ability to debug, troubleshoot, and solve complex technical problems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with senior engineers.
- Experience in QA, Test automation, or DevOps is preferred.
- Familiarity with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress is preferred.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role like TAM, Solutions Engineer, or Support Engineer is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical onboarding experience for new customers.
- Lead hands-on enablement sessions to implement across test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive sustained adoption and help customers expand test coverage and standardize best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on test automation strategy, visual testing, and quality maturity.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Conduct technical health checks, architecture reviews, and optimization sessions.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to support renewals and expansions with technical validation.
