Requirements
- Advanced/fluent English skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience using Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
- Deep experience with test automation frameworks, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proven ability to debug, troubleshoot, and solve complex technical problems.
- Comfortable working directly with senior engineers and technical leaders.
- Experience in QA test automation, DevOps, or Software Development (preferred).
- Familiarity with tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress (preferred).
- Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role like TAM or Solutions Engineer (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the technical onboarding experience for new customers.
- Lead hands-on enablement sessions to implement across test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive sustained adoption across teams, projects, and workflows by providing expert guidance on strategy and quality maturity.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts, performing health checks and architecture reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges while identifying risks and advocating for customer needs with Product and Engineering teams.
