Job Details

5+ years of experience in business development operations, proposal management, CRM administration, or marketing operations.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, information systems, business, or a related discipline.
Experience administering CRM platforms, including data management, pipeline configuration, and reporting.
Demonstrated experience implementing or improving CRM and proposal management systems.
Experience supporting proposal development tools and managing content libraries.
Strong writing and editing skills with experience creating technical B2B marketing content or proposals.
Ability to analyze business development data and translate insights into recommendations.
Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through in a remote environment.
Familiarity with platforms such as PandaDoc is preferred.
Experience in professional services, engineering, architecture, construction, or renewable energy industries is preferred.

Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of proposal platforms.
Build and maintain a comprehensive library of proposal templates and content assets.
Manage CRM operations including pipeline tracking, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Develop and improve CRM workflows, integrations, and reporting processes.
Support end-to-end proposal processes including bid coordination and compliance reviews.
Research market trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.
Manage client engagement processes and business development calendars.
Write and edit client-facing materials such as proposals and case studies.
Collaborate with technical experts and leadership to improve pursuit strategies.
