Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management.
- Proven experience managing product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, and enterprise-scale delivery.
- Experience translating complex technical, security, or business challenges into scalable product solutions.
- Strong background in discovery, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to define metrics, analyze performance, and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Familiarity with security operations workflows, observability, telemetry, and enterprise security tooling.
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or Zero Trust.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD workflows.
- Understanding of governance, security automation, and modern technology architectures.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, and success metrics for cybersecurity-focused products.
- Translate security, risk, compliance, and operational requirements into scalable product capabilities.
- Lead discovery activities, gather requirements, define user stories, and drive product framing with stakeholders.
- Manage Agile delivery processes, backlog prioritization, and iterative releases.
- Develop solutions that improve cybersecurity operations, control effectiveness, and compliance readiness.
- Support automation initiatives, monitoring capabilities, and security lifecycle management.
- Define and track KPIs and OKRs to measure adoption, efficiency, and business impact.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, architecture, and risk teams to ensure secure-by-design solutions.
