Requirements

  • 5–8 years of product management experience with ownership of payments, fintech, or high-stakes financial products in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Technical fluency in payments, including PayFac, tokenization, settlement, ACH, disputes, and compliance.
  • Experience in a PayFac, payment processor, or fintech infrastructure environment.
  • Strong commercial instinct to connect product decisions to revenue, margin, and customer outcomes.
  • Ability to weigh reliability and control against speed and growth in a risk-aware manner.
  • Systems thinking ability to hold multiple interdependent products in view and translate complexity into a sequenced roadmap.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional influence working with Engineering, Risk/Compliance, Finance, and CX teams.
  • Fluency with AI tools to compress discovery and sharpen product tradeoffs.
  • Experience operating in a regulated environment (PCI, card network rules) is preferred.
  • Experience in vertical SaaS or services-industry platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner on the roadmap for emerging fintech products like capital lending, new payment experiences, and funds acceleration.
  • Own the roadmap for physical point-of-sale and in-person payment experiences across single and multi-location businesses.
  • Drive improvements in cross-service financial logic to reduce system coupling and build deterministic safeguards against charging errors.
  • Define and deliver reconciliation reporting, automated settlement validation, and exception alerting.
  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Engineering teams to improve fraud monitoring, automate dispute workflows, and reduce reliance on manual investigations.
