Job Details

10+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in eDiscovery or legal technology domains.
Deep, hands-on expertise with Relativity custom development, APIs, data models, and workflows.
Proven experience as a founding or lead engineer on greenfield product development.
Strong command of modern web application architecture, including cloud infrastructure and APIs.
Experience designing and implementing large-scale data ingestion, processing, and transformation pipelines.
Experience with desktop-to-web migrations, including architectural patterns and performance.
Experience building integrations with Reveal RDM processing platforms.
Experience handling mobile forensic data, including format variability and metadata complexity.
Startup mindset with an ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
Experience introducing modern engineering practices like CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.

Lead engineering on the replatforming of a suite of eDiscovery tools, including architecture, infrastructure, data modeling, and integrations.
Architect and build the migration of analytics tools from desktop to modern web platforms, including ingestion pipelines for email and mobile data.
Drive the technical evolution of document review tools, integrating with Relativity via API.
Establish engineering foundations including CI/CD, testing, deployment practices, and security posture.
Partner with Product Management to sequence work, scope complexity, and surface technical trade-offs.
Build and grow the engineering team through hiring and mentoring while cultivating engineering culture.
