8+ years of experience in software or data engineering.
4+ years of hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
2+ years of people management experience leading engineering teams.
Proven experience with Salesforce-to-Salesforce integrations and org-to-org data migrations.
Strong expertise in Salesforce data modeling, Apex, Lightning Components, Flow, SOQL, and CPQ architectures.
Experience with enterprise ETL or data movement tools such as dbAmp.
Demonstrated proficiency with cutting-edge AI technologies (AI agents, LLM-powered automation).
Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
Strong strategic prioritization, debugging, and incident support skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Lead and manage a team of engineers, covering hiring, performance management, and career development.
Own and execute the Dual Org Sync Salesforce-to-Salesforce integration.
Lead complex Salesforce-to-Salesforce data migration efforts with strong data integrity.
Design and support scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce data solutions.
Translate business needs into technical plans across data modeling, integrations, and automation.
Champion the use of AI technologies and agentic approaches to automate workflows and improve data quality.
Partner with stakeholders across product, engineering, and QA to align priorities.
Create and maintain documentation for data models and system relationships.
