Requirements
- Proven experience as a salesperson with a self-starting and go-getting attitude.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- C2 level fluency in English.
- Valid driving license.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in sales within the bedding or furniture sector (preferred).
- Knowledge of other EU languages (a plus).
Responsibilities
- Expand the client base and product portfolio using optimized pricing strategies aligned with strategic guidelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Report on account development, address pain points, and adjust sales forecasts based on new opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities and prepare contracts.
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships by understanding needs and creating customized solutions.
- Create and implement promotional plans for each client and evaluate their performance.
- Visit existing clients and stores to assess needs, promote products, and manage POS materials.
- Provide training to sales staff at retail locations.
