Job Details

8+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production services.
Genuine AI fluency and hands-on experience building with agents, tools, harnesses, or evaluations.
Strong C#/.NET proficiency or ability to ramp quickly on the stack.
Experience with foundational platform or distributed systems such as authentication, identity, security, MFA, or SSO.
Comfort with Python and TypeScript, particularly within agentic-tooling contexts.
Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous problems and drive to a shipped, reliable solution.
Proficiency across a diverse range of frameworks, languages, databases, and tools.
Collaborative mindset for partnering across Product, DevOps, and Engineering teams.
Commitment to high standards of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous learning.

Build and own the agentic harness including agent workflows, tool and model integrations, and evaluation infrastructure.
Ship minimum viable increments, gather customer feedback, run A/B tests, and iterate until the work provides measurable value.
Own cross-cutting AI-platform concerns, standardizing prompt and context pipelines while optimizing token usage.
Continually evaluate new AI models, tools, and approaches to create paved-road tooling for the organization.
Design and own backend services including authentication chains and session management primarily in C#/.NET.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical bottlenecks across distributed services and AI tooling.
Improve engineering standards, automation, and developer tooling while practicing continuous-flow (Kanban) delivery.
Shape organizational AI culture through exploration and integration of responsible AI practices.
