Requirements
- High School Diploma, Associates Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Computer Science, Emergency Management, IT, or Technology.
- 3+ years of experience in Software Provisioning or Deployment, Public Safety, Technical Training, or Instructional Design.
- Experience with public safety credentials such as NENA, ENP, or APCO RPL.
- Ability to travel 50-75% as required.
- Strong technical, instructional, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with installation, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers.
- Knowledge of 911/public safety operations, basic telecommunications, and networking.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Capacity to work independently and in team environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform system provisioning for ECH applications and instruct customers on configuration and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with sales, deployment, product, and support teams to plan activities and resolve problems.
- Communicate with customers to evaluate business processes, assess needs, and define system design requirements.
- Document all changes to the solution, including call flow or UI updates during project implementation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct technical issues.
- Deliver detailed technical administration instruction and end-user content.
