Requirements
- 7+ years of experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or 9+ years of relevant experience).
- Current Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certification (e.g., PL-400, MB-230, or PL-200).
- Hands-on experience designing and consuming OAI-PMH or RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Experience delivering under a sprint-based model with formal change control processes.
- Experience with government-deliverable documentation standards.
- Experience ensuring Section 508 compliance.
- Experience supporting applications in a federal civilian or regulated government environment.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust background investigation/clearance.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and support Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including case management workflows, queues, routing rules, and entity customizations.
- Build and maintain Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Dataverse schemas, Power Pages sites, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports.
- Design and maintain OAI-PMH and RESTful API integrations.
- Manage all development through the Change Control Board (CCB) authorization process.
- Maintain technical documentation for applications, including inventory, data flows, security roles, and release history.
- Produce sprint deliverables, including Technical Design documents, Test Plans, Test Results, and Release Notes.
- Ensure all deliverables meet Section 508 accessibility requirements.
